FIELD: floating structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating structures designed to transport objects by waterways, and can be used in the construction of industrial facilities. The mobile complex of process equipment on a pontoon base includes a multi-level spatial metal structure installed on the base of the pontoon, on which process equipment and engineering networks are located, and at the base of the pontoon there are two pipeline systems - coolant pipelines and steam pipelines, as well as electric and water heaters enclosed in sealed compartments equipped with watertight doors, and the bottom of the base of the pontoon is reinforced with metal profiles, and in the end part of the base of the pontoon there are lugs for cables of pulling devices. At the base of the pontoon, cavities can be mounted with sheets of the inner lining of the pontoon, intended for pouring with inertial damper concrete, above which dynamic units of process equipment are installed. Along the perimeter on the sides of the pontoon, attachment points for the removable skirt of the air cushion can be located, and inside the base of the pontoon there are shafts for supplying air to it from the superchargers.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce labor and time costs for the manufacture and preparation for operation of industrial facilities, to place the necessary technological equipment as compactly as possible on a single site, while ensuring the rigidity and reliability of a multi-level structure, and also provides increased permeability on frozen ground.
