FIELD: automatic welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic welding with a consumable electrode in a shielding gas environment of joints from heat-resistant heterogeneous nickel alloys with a thickness of 4.0-5.0 mm, used for the manufacture and repair of body parts and components of an aircraft engine. the method of automatic welding includes preliminary plastic deformation of the edges to be welded to a depth of at least 200 mcm, welding in shielding gas with a consumable electrode in two passes by a percussion arc with weaving technique and a heat input of not more than 190 kJ/m at each pass, and heat treatment of the welded joint by heating it up to temperature 1050-1070°C followed by aging and cooling in air.
EFFECT: fine-grained structure of the heat-affected zone is achieved with increased deformation capacity and resistance to hot cracking at 650-800°C.
