FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding, particularly, to automatic welding with consumable electrode in protective gas of heat-resistant heterogeneous nickel alloys, and can be used for production and repair of body parts and assemblies of aircraft engine. Method includes preliminary plastic deformation of welded edges, subsequent welding by pulse arc with transverse oscillations of torch and with edge melting to the depth less than depth of plastic deformation, further heat treatment by way of hardening and aging. Welded edges with thickness of 2.0-3.0 mm are subjected to preliminary plastic deformation with formation of hard-drawn layer on their surface. Welding is performed in one pass with size of welding gap of 0+0.5 mm from reverse side of seam along entire length of butt, specific welding energy of 65-75 J/mm2 and supply of inert gas from reverse side of seam.
EFFECT: obtaining defect-free welded joints of heterogeneous nickel alloys with thickness of 2-3 mm with high crack resistance and tensile strength at normal temperature of 1,200 MPa.
