FIELD: mechanical vibrator.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a mechanical vibrator with a bearing housing mechanism to be installed on vibrating screens for sorting bulk material. The vibrating screen contains at least one screen deck (11) formed between two side walls (12), and a mechanical vibrator (VM) mounted on said side walls (12) and having two transverse shafts (20) rotating with the same rotation, in opposite directions. Each shaft (20) has end sections (20a), each of which carries at least one eccentric weight (30). Said two shafts (20) have end sections (20a) adjacent to each other, located in bearings (40) installed in the same bearing housing (50), which is mounted with the possibility of removal on beams (13), transverse to the longitudinal axis of the vibrating screen (PV), and has opposite ends attached to the corresponding side wall (12) of the vibrating screen (PV). Each end section (20a) of the shaft (20) carries at least one eccentric weight (30) with a total mass different from the mass of the eccentric weight (30) located in each of the end sections (20a) of the other shaft (20). Said shafts (20) rotate in certain phases that determine the forward and upward inclination of the major axis of the elliptical movement applied to the screen deck (11).
EFFECT: providing easy and quick assembly and disassembly of the vibrating screen structure, as well as increasing the sorting efficiency.
