FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises units (26', 26", 26"') of sensors, measurement data from which can be transmitted via wireless communication to computer unit (29). Each sensor unit is equipped with at least three acceleration sensors setting the local coordinate system, gravity sensor to detect orientation / direction of local coordinate system in space and integrated circuit for processing measurement data obtained by sensor units. Sensor units can be attached to vibration machine (1) with possibility of disconnection and at distance from each other in arbitrary orientation / direction. Vibrating machine can be a vibration screen, a vibration conveyor, a vibrating drier or a lining-excited screen. Method comprises the following steps: attaching at least four sensor units to vibration machine; measuring acceleration of vibration machine relative to spatial axes of local coordinate system in each sensor unit; converting local measurement data of sensor units to a homogeneous homogeneous coordinate system; Transformed measurement data are evaluated.
EFFECT: group of inventions can be used in vibrodiagnosis of equipment.
