FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of food industry, namely to a nutritious composition, which is not human milk and contains fucosil-lactose and beta-galacto-oligosaccharides, which have structure of [galactose]n-glucose, where n is equal to an integer from 2 to 60, and have more than 80% of beta-1,4 and beta-1,6 bonds; and to the use of such a composition for the provision of nutrition to children, seniors and patients with cancer, and/or patients infected with HIV, as well as for the treatment and/or prevention of development of viral infections, immune diseases, and/or a disease, which can be prevented and/or treated by enhancing Th1 response and/or Th1/Th2 balance, and for increase in response to vaccination.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for synergetic effect on enhancing Th1 response.
