FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing decorative finishing materials and can be used in the field of construction, for example, when finishing the facade of a building. A method for manufacturing a flexible brick on a mesh with a film consists in loading marble chips of a fraction of 0.2-0.5 mm or quartz sand of a fraction of 0.1-0.6 mm into a concrete mixer, adding colouring pigments based on iron oxide in an amount of 0.1-5% by weight of the crumb and mixing the resulting sand for 10-15 minutes. Styrene-acrylic dispersion Novopol 001A is mixed for 3-5 minutes in a separate container, then a plasticizer of 4.5% of the volume of styrene-acrylic dispersion is introduced, while dioctyl adipate or trioctyl triminitad is used as a plasticizer; then stir the resulting mixture for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass; the finished mixture is kept for at least 15 hours in a closed state. Associative thickener Novopol 007 1.5% is poured in and stirred for 5 minutes, the mixture is brought to a thick consistency and the resulting mixture is closed for at least 5 hours. To obtain a clinker mixture, kaolin clay is added to the resulting mass and simultaneously mixed in an amount of 20% by weight of the resulting mixture, the resulting mixture is kept closed for at least 24 hours, after which the clinker mixture is mixed with the previously obtained mixture and kept for at least 3 hours. The resulting component is pulled through a height-adjustable matrix and applied with a layer of 2-6 mm on a flexible non-woven base, the resulting blank is dried at a temperature of 22-30°C for 24-36 hours, a protective PVC film is placed on the surface of the front side of the blank, the blank is cut into pre-designated formats imitating brickwork, the moulded blanks are laid out with the back side up and with the protective film down on a horizontal surface, a layer of clinker mixture is applied on top of the blank, serving as a glue, and the blank is glued to the glass mesh, the glass mesh is connected with the glue by creating a uniform pressure on the entire area of the glass mesh, a metal mesh with a blank and a glass mesh located on it is installed in a horizontal rack for drying.

EFFECT: increase in the strength, flexibility, elasticity of flexible bricks, ease of installation, as well as a reduction in production operations and an increase in productivity in the manufacture of building panels.
