FIELD: microprocessor centralization of arrows and signals.
SUBSTANCE: system contains at least one workstation of a station attendant, at least one workstation of an electrician, containing means for diagnosing the state and entering commands for controlling centralization objects in real time, connected to at least one main and to at least one redundant sets of the centralization controller, each of which is designed to continuously monitor centralization objects and has a “two out of two” structure and consists of two centralization controllers, a device for interfacing with centralization objects and a cybersecurity subsystem and protection against unauthorized access, as well as a telecommunication cabinet. The subsystem for cybersecurity and protection against unauthorized access includes a subsystem for trusted download of the software of the centralization controller, containing a centralized control unit with a BIOS extension and an electronic lock function with the function of deciding on hardware blocking of the software download of the centralization controller. The interaction of the main and backup sets of the centralization control controller is carried out via fibre-optic communication lines. Each of the sets of the centralization control controller is configured to diagnose the degree of degradation, which determines the presence of failures and/or failures of the centralization control controller hardware. The telecommunications cabinet includes a server of means to increase cyber resilience, which receives a copy of network traffic from the centralization controller in passive monitoring mode and analyses it, and periodically connects to protection objects in active monitoring mode.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the system's cyber resilience is achieved.
