FIELD: water transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in design, construction and operation of river push towboats. A method is proposed for construction of wheeled push boats, the type range of which is intended for operation on inland waterways with depths of 1.5 m, including in ice conditions, and includes push boats of various capacities and purposes, containing uniformly shaped displacement hulls, the stern contains an ice-class wheeled propulsion system or a wheeled propulsion and steering system with rotary plates, the same superstructure, the same type of main engines, fuel tanks, a pushing device, a towing device, a control cabin. The power of the push boat in different embodiments is ensured by adding one or two of the same type of power units, and displacement is increased by increasing the width of the hull with a longitudinal cylindrical insert.
EFFECT: push boats of this type range have great technical, economic and operational characteristics, the ability to work in fractional modes and, at the same time, a high degree of unification and automation between ships of various capacities and purposes, rational layout and original architecture.
