SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for facial rejuvenation due to a set of massage techniques aimed at working out the fascia, ligaments and muscles of the face and body. An examination of the cervical spine is carried out in order to detect restrictions on its mobility, the condition of the skin of the patient's face is assessed before and after the massage session. A massage session begins with a relaxation technique for the whole body, followed by a foot massage. Then the back area is reached and a massage movement aimed at relaxing the muscles are performed. After that, squeezing movements are carried out along three massage lines of the back in the direction from the sacrum. Next, the lumbar region is worked out, carrying out squeezing movements in the direction from the lower ribs to the gluteal muscles along three massage lines. Then a massage technique aimed at relaxing the sacrum is carried out. Next, they the trapezius muscle, as well as the attachment areas of the trapezius and deltoid muscles are worked out. Then the work is performed with latissimus dorsi and paravertebral muscles. Next, the attachment areas of the occipital muscles are kneaded. Next, the back surface of the neck, as well as the attachment areas of the suboccipital muscles are worked out. After that, a technique is carried out aimed at relaxing and lymphatic drainage of the face and the cervical-collar zone in the supine position. Then the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the trapezius muscle and the area of its attachment to the occipital bone, as well as the temporal muscle are worked out. After that, the lateral surface of the neck, as well as the submandibular zone are worked out. After that, traction of the cervical spine is carried out. Next, a complex is performed aimed at a deep study of the muscles of the face. After that, techniques are carried out aimed at relaxing and lymphatic drainage of the face and neck-collar zone. The massage is completed by stretching the cervical spine.
