FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cosmetology, and can be used in correction and repair of skin and muscles of head, neck, as well as chest area. That is ensured by exposing the tissues and muscles of various areas of the head, neck and breast region, sequentially acting on a single muscular chain formed by facial muscles and a group of skeletal muscles of the thoracic region and neck, adhering to the principle of sequential inactivation of hypertonus of individual muscles. First exercises are performed, affecting a group of skeletal muscles of thoracic region and neck, then performing exercises affecting facial muscles. Complexes of exercises include any of six groups of exercises. First group includes exercises influencing an occipital abdomen of an occipoctoid-frontal muscle. Second group includes exercises affecting the subcutaneous muscle of the neck, a mouth angle depressor, a circular muscle of the mouth, a buccal muscle. Third group includes the exercises affecting the sternum-clavicular-mastoid muscle, the temporal muscle, the circular eye muscle. Fourth group includes exercises affecting the temporal muscle, large and small zygomatic muscles of the mouth, a circular muscle of the mouth, a muscle lowering the angle of the mouth. Fifth group includes exercises affecting the subcutaneous muscle of the neck, a mouth angle depressor, a circular muscle of the mouth, zygomatic muscles, an upper lip levator, a circular eye muscle. Sixth group includes exercises affecting hyoid bone muscles, masseter muscles, and temporal muscles. Exposure is carried out in at least 1 to 6 stages, wherein at each stage, the initial exercises of the set of exercises include the exercises affecting a group of skeletal muscles of the thoracic region and neck, the rest exercises in the complexes are selected from any exercises of the six groups in random order.

EFFECT: method provides correcting oval face and formation of its clear relief by achieving neuromuscular relaxation of facial muscles, reducing myofacial hypertonus of facial muscles and their increased bioelectrical activity, restoring common trophism of tissues, delayed age-related changes in soft tissues and underlying structures of the face, prevention of facial skeleton degradation, triggering regeneration of facial, neck and thoracic tissues, improved blood supply of various face zones, gums and dental tissues that is conditioned by definite types of sequential exposure on selected zones.
