SUBSTANCE: disclosed method relates to medical cosmetology and is intended for correction and recovery of skin and neck and neck muscles, as well as recovery of neck mobility. Described is a method for reducing myofacial hypertension of cervical muscles, based on restoring functionality of cervical and upper shoulder, by complex effect on tissues, muscles and other anatomical structures of different areas of head, neck and chest area of person in their various zones. Exposure is ensured by a set of exercises combined with the exercises of the three groups: groups of exercises improving muscular tissue structure, group of exercises improving muscular tissue function, and groups of exercises affecting patterns of reflected pain. Method involves exposing a single muscular chain formed by the head, neck and breast muscles, adhering to the principle of sequential inactivation of muscle hypertone of the posterior, lateral and anterior surfaces of the neck, layer by layer. Complexes of exercises include any of three groups of exercises, and exposure is carried out in at least 1 to 4 stages. Initial exercises of the set of exercises include exercises that improve the muscular tissue structure and improve the muscular tissue function; the rest exercises in the complexes are selected from any exercises of the three groups in an arbitrary order.
EFFECT: method provides eliminating primary degenerative changes of muscular tissue and limitations of mobility of neck, access to deep-lying muscle layers, eliminating reflected pain, as well as reducing or eliminating negative emotional conditions, removing oedema, facial skin, wrinkles.
