FIELD: stereolithography.
SUBSTANCE: photocurable preceramic mixtures for creating three-dimensional ceramic objects. The mixture includes photocurable organic and organosilicon components, fillers and radical polymerization initiators. Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate and bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate are used as photocurable organic components, oligomeric dimethylpolysiloxanes with average molecular weights ranging from 800 to 3000 Da are used as organosilicon components. As a filler, nanoparticles of SiO2, Al2O3ZrO2, AlN, hydroxyapatite or their mixtures with sizes from 30 to 150 nm are used. Such a composition makes it possible to achieve an improvement in the mechanical characteristics of objects: after annealing, the Vickers hardness is at least 800 HV, the tensile strength is at least 80 MPa.
EFFECT: shrinkage of the obtained objects of no more than 3%.
