SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for assembling a device and to a device for heating an aerosolized material to vaporize at least one component of the aerosolized material. Described is a method for assembling a device for heating an aerosolized material to vaporize at least one component of an aerosolized material to produce an aerosol for inhalation by a user, in which the device has a first proximal end and a second distal end. The method includes the following steps: providing a first frame to support a heating device for receiving and heating an aerosolized material, wherein the first frame or component supported by the first frame contains the first connecting element; providing a first sleeve for forming at least a portion of the device body, the first sleeve comprising a second connecting element; and inserting the first frame into the cavity of the first sleeve to cause automatic engagement of the first connecting element and the second connecting element during assembly of the device.

EFFECT: providing a device for heating the aerosolizable material to vaporize at least one component of the aerosolizable material.
