FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of products from TiNi system alloy powders using additive technologies. It can be used to produce products from TiNi system alloys with shape memory effect. The product is formed layer by layer using selective laser melting, ensuring a gradient of chemical composition in accordance with the model. The layers are grouped by chemical composition to form two zones. The first group of layers is made from TiNi system alloy powder with a nickel content of 50-50.5 at.%, the second group of layers is made of TiNi system alloy powder with a nickel content of 50.65-50.75 at.%, obtained by mixing Ni powder with a particle size of 7-30 microns with TiNi alloy powder. Sequential production of groups of product layers is carried out alternately from powders of different compositions with given growth parameters, while first growing the first zone from a group of layers of a given chemical composition, and then forming the second zone from a group of layers that differ in composition from the layers of the first zone. The process is repeated until the product is formed, consisting of alternating layers with different chemical compositions.
EFFECT: it is possible to obtain products with variable chemical composition and different phase transition temperatures in different parts of the product.
