FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for additive moulding of products from an alloy of the NiTi system with a shape memory effect. The product is formed from an atomized spherical powder of an alloy of the NiTi system containing 49.5±0.3 at.% Nickel, with a particle size of 50-150 mcm, using layer-by-layer laser growth by continuous fused deposition on the surface with the help of a protective gas. A group of substrates, including the main and auxiliary substrates, is used as a surface for fused deposition. Layer-by-layer laser growth is carried out with a laser spot diameter of 2.5–3.5 mm, a distance between passes of 40–50% of the laser spot diameter, a layer thickness of 0.6–0.8 mm, a laser power of 700–800 W, and a speed of surfacing head 12 mm/s and powder feed rate to the melting zone in the range from 12 to 16 g/min. After cooling of the formed product, the auxiliary substrate is removed without a cutting tool.

EFFECT: formation of the product with a degree of recovery of the form of 100% and simplified dismantling of the finished product from the substrate.
