SUBSTANCE: user terminal is configured to transmit capability information indicating support for full power transmission, receive a higher layer parameter for configuring coherent and non-coherent codebook subsets, and downlink control information indicating a codebook to be applied to uplink transmission, communication-based control between the pre-coding information field and the number of layers included in the downstream control information, and the indicator of the transmitted pre-coding matrix, to carry out full power transmission.
EFFECT: enabling the user terminal to appropriately control the transmission of full power.
