FIELD: welding system for welding pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: system contains two guides. The first guide is mounted separable from the first side of the weld of the processed object, and the second guide is mounted separable from the second side of the weld of the object being processed. The first guide and the second guide are both mounted on a mounting bracket with the possibility of movement, and each of them is provided with at least one welding carriage. The imaging component is designed to acquire an image of the part to be welded. The welding seam scanning device is designed to obtain the profile of the welded seam. The welding system contains a control system for controlling the movement of the mounting bracket in accordance with the image of the part to be welded.
EFFECT: providing an increase in efficiency of welding and implementation of automatic identification, automatic planning and automatic welding of the pipeline.
