FIELD: pipe welding production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pipe welding production. Variants of pipe welding systems are presented, which contain the first and second pipe clamps for coupling and fixing with the external surface of the corresponding pipe, a welding torch for forming a welded joint between the pipes, a control detector, a motor functionally connected to the control detector for directing the control beam along the welded joint, one or more processors, functionally connected to the control detector and designed to bring the control detector to scan the welded joint to determine the profile of the welded joint between the pipes, and a grinding device designed to grind at least part of the welded joint between the pipes based on the determined profile of the welded joint, while the grinding device can function independently of the welding torch, and the system can be equipped with a protective casing.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to improve pipe joint quality.
