SUBSTANCE: plants for the production of composite materials based on aluminum of increased strength due to the introduction of dispersed solid phases into them. The installation for producing a dispersion-strengthened aluminum-based composite material contains a high-temperature furnace and an oxygen supply system, while the oxygen supply system is made in the form of a gas distribution panel, at the outlet of which a needle valve is mounted for fine adjustment of the gas supply, connected to a pressure gauge, connected through a ball valve with a rotameter, to which a gas ramp is connected via a pipeline, containing channels for supplying oxygen.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy and uniformity of the distribution of the hardening phase of the alloy over the section of the casting by blowing aluminum melt with oxygen.
