FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of structurally gradient dispersed-hardened powder materials. Inductively bound or arc plasma flow is supplied with filler material powder, specifically alloy of metals having different degree of affinity to oxygen. 0.1–1 vol % of oxygen is added to the plasma-forming gas and the plasma discharge power sufficient for the filler material melting is set. Besides, filler material used can be a mixture of ceramic and metal powders with fractional composition of the same order.

EFFECT: obtaining structurally gradient dispersed-strengthened materials with given properties.
