SUBSTANCE: transportation, installation of long items, in particular borehole pumps. Case for transporting and lifting long items to a vertical position contains a body with a compartment for laying a long item, swivel clamps, clamp fixation mechanism. The case body is U-shaped in cross section and includes a bottom and side walls. Clamps are equipped with a rigidly connected rotary axis. The case in the lower part is provided with a stop, and the axis in the lower part is provided with a handle. The handle and the bottom stop are made in the form of rods. In the upper part of the handle and the lower stop there are coaxial holes made in response to the screw stopper. The through hole in the handle can be threaded. Clamps can be made of spring steel and installed with the possibility of their deformation in the fixed position of the product.

EFFECT: design of the case eliminates sagging and bending of the body of long products during their loading and transportation, as well as lifting to a vertical position.
