FIELD: power units.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of power units using steam-gas generated by direct mixing of water with hot gas as a working fluid. The steam-gas generator contains a spray-ignition device, a steam gasification chamber, a combustion chamber for the resulting water gas, and a chamber for mixing atomized ballast water and hot gases. In the cylindrical body of the steam gasification chamber, spiral channels are made on the outer cylindrical surface of the three inner pipes, in which superheated water vapor is produced and air is superheated. Superheated water vapor sprays liquid fuel in the spray-ignition device and swirls the burning soot flame in the steam gasification chamber. The heated air burns the produced water gas. The resulting vapor gas flows out of the nozzle of the mixing chamber.
EFFECT: increase of specific power of the steam generator.
