SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Method of hydrogen superheating of steam at a nuclear power plant, including a main reactor steam generator, a steam turbine unit, boiler steam superheater, fuel and oxidizer supply, at that the supply of oxygen to the boiler steam superheater through the mixing device is carried out with a certain excess to reduce the temperature of the combustion products and to avoid unburning, at that the combustion products after the boiler steam superheater are sent to the condenser-cooler to separate the unreacted excess of oxygen from the water vapor by condensing it with the subsequent supply of unreacted excess oxygen by means of a compressor back to the mixing device of the boiler steam superheater for burning hydrogen fuel and superheating of steam after the main reactor steam generator to increase the power and efficiency of nuclear power plants.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency and safety of the combustion of hydrogen with oxygen by means of a closed combustion system to generate additional electricity at nuclear power plants by increasing the parameters of the hot steam or steam after an intermediate overheating.
