FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of decelerated coking includes heating of the initial raw materials, its supply to the evaporator for mixing with residual oil as the recirculate with creation of the secondary raw material, its heating with further supply to the coking chamber with the coke production, fractionation in the rectification column of coking overhead products together with the light fractions from the evaporator with production of gas, gasoline, light and heavy coking gasoils and residual oil. Quantity and quality of the heavy coking gasoil and residual oil are regulated by means of change of quantity of the heavy gasoil supplied as circulation reflux to the trays of the bottom part of the rectification column. Prior to the supply to the cocking chamber the heated secondary raw material is mixed with part of the residual oil, and rest part is supplied for mixing with the initial raw material prior to its heating, at that the residual oil is used as recirculate.
EFFECT: use of full volume of produced residual oil in the coking process with simultaneous assurance of production of the heavy coking gasoil with low cokeability.
