FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to method for processing of oil residues and oil sludge by delayed coking that includes heating of oil residue and its mixing with recycle thus forming secondary raw materials and their subsequent delivery to coking chamber; coking of secondary raw materials with production of coke and removal of coker distillate to rectification tower from which light-end products and distillation residue; coke steaming and cooling with subsequent delivery of products received in result of coke steaming and cooling to the absorber; heating of oil sludge till gravity water comes to vaporised state. Heavy gasoil of coking is used as a recycle; it is mixed up with oil residue in a separate container at that heated oil sludge is introduced into coking distillate and/or is fed to the absorber to be mixed up with products of coke steaming and cooling and the resultant products are introduced into coking distillate.

EFFECT: increase of the run period between repairs for delayed coking unit.
