FIELD: obtaining a negative electrode of lithium-ion batteries (LIA).
SUBSTANCE: method consists of obtaining tin powder from an electrolyte composition of (NH4)2SO4 1М with ethylene glycol 1:1, HCl 0.5M with a tin anode on a vibroelectrode with a vibration frequency of 50 Hz on a corrugated titanium cathode under conditions of pulsed electrolysis with a pulse amplitude of 0.25 A/cm2 and a pulse and pause duration of 1 ms, washing the powder with distilled water, drying it, sifting it through a sieve, and while stirring, the composite coating on a copper substrate from an electrolyte of the following composition is applied with a tin anode: SnCl2 50-60 g/l, NaF 35 g/l, HCl 4 g/l, gelatine 2 g/l and the resulting tin powder 7 g/l, then it is washed until a pH of 5.5-6 is reached in the washing water and the resulting electrode is dried at a temperature of 100-110°C for 1.5-2 hours, after which the electrodeposition of the composite coating is carried out on a copper substrate from the electrolyte while stirring the solution, with polarization by a pulsed current with a pulse duration of 150-250 mcs, pause duration of 50-150 mcs, current density of 12-15 mA/cm2 for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: possibility of applying the maximum mass of the active material per unit surface without reducing its specific capacity and mechanical strength.
