FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electric engineering, in particular to composite compounds used to form electrodes of chemical current sources. Composite compounds are suggested from tin and lithium, silicon and lithium, or tin, silicon and lithium, having nanodispersed tin and silicon in lithium-containing matrix, may be used as electrode materials and, in particular anode materials, intended for application with rechargeable batteries. Method for production of such composite compounds include oxidation of alloys, reaction of stabilised metal lithium powder with oxides of tin and silicon, and also reaction of inorganic salts of lithium with tin and silicon containing compounds.
EFFECT: improved capacitance of batteries, and also provision of stable structure of electrode, which makes it possible for electrode to be multiply exposed to cycling without considerable reduction of efficiency, is technical result of invention.
