FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for treating a subject suffering from cancer using an immunoconjugate comprising an antibody conjugated to a medicinal product component, where the medicinal product component has the structure shown in Formula (I) below:
(I), where Ab in Formula (I) is an antibody and where the heavy chain and light chain of the antibody comprise the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2, respectively ; and wherein the immunoconjugate is administered to a subject at a dose of 0.25 to 4.00 mg/kg, also refers to an immunoconjugate for use in the treatment of cancer in a subject in a method for treating a subject with cancer, and to the use of an immunoconjugate for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of cancer in a subject in a method of treating a subject suffering from cancer.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the development of a new therapy for patients with hematological malignancies and other malignant diseases which improves outcomes for patients, including patients who do not respond to existing therapies, by targeting ROR1.
