SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for grinding and fixing shafts of various sizes. The tooling contains a shank and a base and is equipped with at least two plates made of a material with elasticity and bending ability, and coated with an abrasive. The base is made in form of a hollow cylinder, open on one side, and these plates are fixed by their edges to the inner walls of the base, provided central part of the plate protrudes in the direction of the axial centre of the tooling, and are arranged to ensure that the shaft installed in the centre of the tooling is pressed against it.
EFFECT: possibility of grinding shafts fixed and not fixed on other surfaces when installing equipment on a machine tool or a hand tool.
