FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the location of the engine in the drive wheel. The motor-wheel based on a roller-vane machine contains a rotor made in form of a wheel rim, a stator is installed inside the rotor, there is a blade in the gap between the rotor and the stator on the rotor, there are channels for supplying the working fluid into the closed space between the stator and the rotor and removing it. On the stator there is a separator roller with the possibility of rotation, the separator roller is coupled with the rotor to ensure the separation of the closed space in the gap between the rotor and the stator into working chambers. The channels for supplying and discharging the working fluid are located in the stator at a distance from each other in the direction of movement of the rotor blade. Each channel for supplying and discharging the working fluid is connected to a distributing valve configured to communicate the channel either with a source of working medium under pressure or with the atmosphere. Nitrogen is used as the working fluid.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the motor-wheel.
