FIELD: water vending.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vending machines for drinking water obtained from the water of the public water supply mains through its purification using reverse osmosis, which is characterized by the intermittent nature of its functioning. Membrane 4 is intermittently supplied with source water, in relation to which the membrane with the same interruptions performs its reverse osmosis separation into permeate and concentrate. The permeate is temporarily accumulated in hydraulic accumulator 10, and the concentrate is sent to the sewer through hydraulic resistance 8 of the concentrate outlet. With regard to any break in the process of reverse osmosis separation of source water at the beginning of this break for a predetermined time, the membrane is supplied with source water in the direction of the sewer, bypassing the hydraulic resistance. As a result, this source water displaces from the membrane into the sewerage the internal water enriched with impurities in the membrane after reverse osmosis separation, thereby replacing the internal water enriched with impurities with the source water. The latter, entering membrane 4, becomes the internal source water of the membrane. Then, in the remaining time of the considered break, diffusion exposure in the membrane of this internal source water of the membrane is carried out.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of membrane cleaning and prevention of its clogging while simplifying the design.
