FIELD: railway truck construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the superstructure area of a railway track, in particular to a railway track of variable rigidity, as well as to a method for its formation. The path is made in the form of a block of many sleepers. The rails are attached to the sleepers by means of fasteners. Gaskets are laid under the sleepers. The stiffness of the gaskets can vary in proportion to the difference in the stiffness of the docked sections of the track and the number of sleepers laid on the pads. When forming a path of variable stiffness, shells are placed under the sleepers, which are filled with filler from an external agent until a predetermined pressure is reached. Blocks of sleepers are placed between track sections with different stiffness. After formation of the block, the stiffness of the gaskets changes evenly and smoothly from the beginning to the end of the block without changing the design of the under-rail base, the structure of the track and the ballast layer.
EFFECT: uniformity of changes in the rigidity of the structure of the transition section is ensured.
