SUBSTANCE: devices for temporarily restoring the level of a rail thread, methods for its assembly, and methods for restoring the level of a rail thread. The device contains lower and upper plates, guide rods, and a lifting mechanism. The bottom plate is placed under the rail and secured against horizontal movement. The upper plate is laid on the lower one. Rods are installed in the through holes of the top plate. The top plate with the rail is lifted using a lifting mechanism, the level of the rail thread is levelled and the top plate is secured to the rod.
EFFECT: technology for levelling the rail thread is simplified.
