FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in the manufacture or erection of prestressed concrete structures and buildings. A device for passing beams of reinforcing strands through curvilinear channel formers when creating prestressed reinforced concrete shells includes two anchor clips connected to each other with the possibility of rotation relative to each other, in the first of which bundles of reinforcing strands are fixed, and in the second of which is a traction element made in form of a bundle of ropes, as well as a traction device containing a trolley with outriggers, racks, a traverse and a pull beam with grippers, traction jacks of cyclic action, the bodies and rods of which are connected to the traverse and the pull beam, respectively. The device is equipped with a frame mounted on the trolley, with which the hydraulic cylinders for lifting the traverse and the rack are fastened. Racks are equipped with support platforms for interaction with the traverse. Construction of the formwork is carried out, channel formers with support sleeves are installed, followed by concreting, pulling bundles of reinforcing strands through the channel formers using traction device 5 and traction elements 4, followed by tensing of the reinforcement bundles. Before pulling the traction elements, the longitudinal axes of the grippers of the traction device and the support cup are aligned with each other and the traverse is moved until it interacts with the supporting platforms of the racks. After pulling the anchor clips to the support sleeve, the traverse is moved to the frame surface, followed by pulling the anchor clips from the support sleeve to the required length and detaching the bundles of reinforcing strands from the anchor clips for subsequent testing of the reinforcement bundles.
