FIELD: devices for waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of waste products from production of polyisoprene rubber, which are sticky pasty rubber-like substances with distributed water and liquid hydrocarbons. Technological line for processing water-dispersed polyisoprene waste includes means for depolymerization of water-dispersed polyisoprene waste at temperatures of 250-380°. At the same time, the means for carrying out the depolymerization of water-dispersed polyisoprene waste are made in form of a continuously operating twin-screw depolymerization device with a degasser equipped with a peristaltic pump for feeding raw materials into it with a heated injection line.
EFFECT: reduced effect of winding and sticking of raw materials on the screw, high yield of target products, absence of coke and possibility of efficient mixing with the catalyst.
