FIELD: plastic working of metals, in particular, manufacture of wheel or disk type parts by expansion method. SUBSTANCE: mill has expansion heads provided with rollers and positioned on movable carriages, actuating mechanisms for providing rotation and movement of rollers, unit for retaining part under process, working furnace with openings in its wall, expansion mode control-and-measuring instrumentation and device for developing regulated temperature differential in part under process. Portion of this device is positioned in furnace or operatively joined with it. Profile sensors are adapted for measuring part sizes. Load sensors may be positioned in part retaining unit and expansion heads. Actuating mechanisms are provided with reversal and switching off devices for providing free rotation of rollers during part deformation process.
