FIELD: plastic metal working, namely production of parts having boss, web and developed complex-profile rim of refractory hard-to-form alloys. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes tool for local deformation in the form of roller mounted in expanding head arranged on movable carriage; actuating mechanism for providing motion of roller; unit for fixing worked part having actuating mechanism for providing part rotation; working furnace with openings in walls for introducing roller and partially unit for fixing part; measuring and controlling device for realizing deformation mode; at least one mandrel having body, fixing ring and detachable working sections mutually joined by means of protrusions and grooves for fixing one relative to another at deformation process. In order to assemble mandrel fixing rings, detachable sections and body are mounted; in order to disassemble it, said parts are released in inverse succession. Unit for fixing worked part is partially formed by body and by fixing ring of each mandrel; their surfaces turned to worked part are made with possibility of fixing part relative to boss and relative to part of web of worked part. On surfaces of housing turned one to another and on other portions of unit for fixing worked part there are mutually engaged protrusions and grooves for transmitting torque from actuating mechanism to buildup mandrel.
