SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions discloses a radiopharmaceutical preparation for diagnosing prostate cancer by positron emission tomography, containing a chemical compound with affinity for the gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) receptor and prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), of general formula (I), with a radionuclide label, which is used as a positron-active radionuclide 68Ga. A method for producing a radiopharmaceutical is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increase of the detection of prostate cancer and its metastases due to the high resolution of the positron emission tomography technology and the reduction of the radiation exposure of patients.
