FIELD: underground railway.

SUBSTANCE: brake system of the rolling equipment of the underground railway, mainly to pneumatic devices for emergency discharge of the brake line. The emergency valve contains an actuating 1 and a control part 2, while the control part 2 is made with the possibility of fixing on the car bogie and includes a housing 5, in which two pilot valves 6 and 7 are installed, a housing 9, in which a spring 8 is installed, acting on the piston 10 holding the shaft 11 and the bracket 12 rigidly connected to it in a neutral position, and the actuating part 1 is configured to be connected to the brake line under the car body and includes a housing 16, in which a shut-off valve 17 is installed, pressed against the seat 18 by a spring 19, a cover 20, in which the pressure switch 21 with normally open contacts is installed, the pneumatic cavity of the pressure switch 21 is connected to the control cavity 22 of the actuating part 1, and the actuating part 1 and the control part 2 of the valve are connected to each other by a pneumatic connection.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the valve and reduction of the load on the pressure indicator.
