FIELD: material sorting.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for separating bulk materials, including separating a grain mixture. The bulk material separator contains a spring-loaded carrier box, a hopper for loading bulk material and supplying it to the separation elements placed in the box with a decrease away from the hopper, longitudinal slotted passages, trays for collecting separated material fractions and a vibration exciter with a crankshaft drive with weights mounted on it, rotating in bearings installed in the box, powered by an electric motor that excites the vibration of the separation elements. Separation elements are rigidly installed in a frame with sides, made in form of rods, each of which has the shape of an isosceles triangle in cross section, turned base down, separated from each other by longitudinal slotted passages, the width of which discretely increases in the direction of movement of bulk material from the hopper to the exit from zones for filtering fine fractions of material to zones for filtering larger fractions by reducing the height and base of the triangle. Under each of the slotted passages, brush lines are installed, which are fixed to the carrier box. The vibration exciter is equipped with a second crankshaft connected to the first one by means of sprockets and a chain drive installed on the shafts, and the crankshafts are shifted to the opposite ends of the frame.

EFFECT: increase in the performance of the separator.
