FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture and can be used for cleaning and sorting of seeds of agricultural crops. Method of separation, which involves vibration-gravity feed of particles of material in a zone of aerodynamic increasing action on them by cascade of flat jets, large impurities are separated and particles are separated. Separation of large impurities is carried out in a multi-step manner with intensity monotonously increasing toward the flow and at a frequency close to its resonance. Large impurities are fed into the first fraction by one or more vibration flows prior to vibration-vibration feeding of the mixture of grain material into the aerodynamic action zone. Aerodynamic separator with additional cleaning of grain material by means of a bar device comprises hopper 1 with vibrating tray 2, air stream cascade generator 4 installed under it, pneumatically connected to air supply source 5 under pressure and separation chamber 6, under which fraction collectors 7 are located. Bar device is made in the form of cascade of combs 9, which have through one end bends of rods 10 down at an angle close to a straight one. Beginning of vibrating tray 2 is coupled with a vibration mechanism, and the end of vibrating tray 2 has resilient suspension 8.
EFFECT: group of inventions improves quality of separation and increases output of finished products.
