SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat precancer and early cervical cancer. A photosensitizer based on chlorin E6 is injected intravenously at a dose of 0.9–1.2 mg/kg in 200 ml of saline. 180–200 minutes after the infusion, fluorescent diagnostics is carried out using a yellow light filter and an LED radiation source in the range of 400 nm with the determination of the number of fields of photoirradiation of the surface of the cervix. Photoirradiation of the fields of the surface of the cervix and cervical canal, determined at the previous stage, is carried out using a semiconductor laser device with a wavelength of 662 nm, using the calculated dose and time of photoirradiation according to the following mathematical formula: T=(Es*S)/(60*P), where Es is the photoirradiation dose (J/cm2), P is the photoirradiation power (W); T is time of photoirradiation (min); S is photoirradiated area (cm2). The photo-irradiated area of the cervical canal is calculated by the formula STsk = 6.28× diffuser diameter (cm)× length of the working part of the diffuser (cm). Photoirradiated surface area of the cervix is calculated by the formula Sw/m = 3.14× (field diameter (cm)/2)2.
EFFECT: method ensures the exclusion of the use of surgical methods of treatment with the preservation of the reproductive function in patients due to the use of photodynamic therapy with the calculation of the dose of photoirradiation.
