postHb is the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood 24 hours after surgery, g/l; Vtr — volume of transfusion, l; k2 — hematocrit of the transfusion medium; preHct — blood hematocrit 6–12 hours before surgery, %; postHct — blood hematocrit 24 hours after surgery, %.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of determining the volume of blood loss during necrectomy with free autodermoplasty, which makes it possible to identify the most effective method for minimizing blood loss during surgery and, as a result, to minimize postoperative complications.
