METHOD OF TREATMENT OF ACQUIRED SKIN HYPERPIGMENTATIONS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61N5/67 A61K31/05 A61K31/203 A61P17/16

Abstract RU 2796310 C1

FIELD: medicine; dermatology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the treatment of acquired idiopathic facial skin hyperpigmentation. In the evening, during the entire course of treatment, Eleneon-N cream is applied to the affected areas of the skin. In the daytime, a broad-spectrum sunscreen is applied to the entire skin of the face. Starting from the second week of the course of treatment, the affected areas of the skin are exposed to pulsed laser radiation with a wavelength of 1,064 nm of the therapeutic laser STARWALKER, version M031-3A/2 MaQX, manufactured by Fotona, with an R28 handpiece, spot diameter 8 mm, pulse duration 5 ns and exposure time on each affected area 1 min for each mode of laser operation once every two weeks. The first procedure is carried out as follows: exposure is performed in the MaQX1 operating mode with an energy flux density (EFE) of 1.4 J/cm2. The second procedure is carried out as follows: first, the impact is performed in the MaQX1 mode with a PES of 1.4 J/cm2, then in the MaQX2 mode with a PES of 2.8 J/cm2. The third and fourth procedures are carried out as follows: first, the impact is performed in the MaQX1 mode with a PES of 1.4 J/cm2, then in the MaQX2 mode with a PES of 2.8 J/cm2, then in the MaQX5 mode with a PES of 7.0 J/cm2. The fifth and sixth procedures are carried out as follows: first, the impact is performed in the MaQX1 mode with a PES of 1.4 J/cm2, then in the MaQX2 mode with a PES of 2.8 J/cm2; then — in the MaQX5 mode with a PES of 7.0 J/cm2 and then the impact is performed in the MaQX10 mode with a PES of 14 J/cm2. The course of treatment is 12 weeks.

EFFECT: method is effective, allows to reduce the duration of treatment and minimize possible complications.
