Abstract RU 2796315 C1

FIELD: medicine; dermatology; cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat acne of mild or moderate severity. During the entire course of treatment, Effezel is applied to the affected areas of the skin once a day in the evening. 2 weeks after the start of topical drug therapy, once every 3 weeks, each affected area of the skin is exposed to broadband pulsed light of the M 22 laser therapeutic apparatus manufactured by LUMENIS LTD (Israel) with a universal intensive module pulsed light (Universal IPL) in 4 passes, each pass lasting 5 minutes. Exposure to broadband pulsed light is performed at a radiation spot size of 15×35 mm and device settings according to the following scheme: the first pass is a limiting filter with a resection wavelength of 640 nm, energy flux density of 20 J/cm2, TriplePulse mode, pulse duration is 4.0 ms; the second pass is a limiting filter with a resection wavelength of 590 nm, energy flux density of 18 J/cm2, DoublePulse mode, pulse duration is 4.0 ms; the third pass is a limiting filter with a resection wavelength of 560 nm, energy flux density of 16 J/cm2, DoublePulse mode, pulse duration is 4.0 ms; fourth pass — blocking acne filter 400–600 and 800–1,200 nm, with energy flux density of 15 J/cm2, DoublePulse mode, pulse duration is 3.5 ms; the course of treatment is 8 weeks.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the treatment time and virtually eliminate the occurrence of complications.
