SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of post-traumatic scars. A Nd:YAG laser with a wavelength of 1,064 nm was used with a full beam using an R33 nozzle in 5 passes, a spot diameter of 4 mm, an energy density of 20 to 25 J/cm², a pulse duration of 0.6 to 1 ms, a pulse repetition rate of 25 Hz. 5 procedures are carried out with an interval of 14 days. At the second stage, the area of the scar is exposed to a Nd:YAG Q-Switched laser with a fractional nozzle, characterized by 81 pixels in a 9 * 9 mm matrix, 1–2 passes are performed with a wavelength of 1,064 nm, an energy density of 10–15 mJ/pixel, in MaQX-1 mode, pulse repetition rate of 2.5 Hz. 3 procedures are carried out with an interval of 14 days. Simultaneously with the beginning of the course of laser treatment, a course of injection carboxytherapy is carried out in the form of 10 injections with the introduction of carbon dioxide in a volume of 20 ml per 1 cm into the peri-scar tissue with an interval of 7 days.

EFFECT: method provides earlier results of connective tissue reorganization, leveling of the relief, reduction of the severity of the transverse striation of the scar, increase of elasticity, normalization of tone, improvement of blood circulation.
