FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for treating acne. Isotretinoin is taken in dosage of 10 mg day for 4-8 months, laser therapy of the lesions is started 3.5-4 months after the beginning of isotretinoin administration and is carried out using a neodymium Nd:YAG laser at wavelength 1064 nm, spot diameter – 9 mm, energy density – 22 J/cm2, duration pulse 10,000 mcs at distance of 10 cm of handpiece to skin surface, with total exposure time on lesions of 3 minutes. Simultaneously with the laser therapy, the autologous plasma is introduced by the intradermal papular technique at depth of 1-2 mm with interval of 1 cm, by needle 32G 0.23×4 course of 4 procedures once in 2 weeks.
EFFECT: method enables to prevent post-acne formation, reduce the risk of undesirable side effects, reduce the length of treatment and increase the length of remission due to the integrated therapy with single-stage oral administration of systemic isotretinoin, laser therapy of the lesions and intradermal administration of autologous plasma.
