FIELD: rubber.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular to the production of rubber mixtures for the manufacture of products operated in conditions of exposure to sea water. The rubber mixture contains butadiene-nitrile rubber with a mass fraction of bound acrylic acid nitrile in the range from 36 to 40%, butyl rubber BK-1675, butadiene-methylstyrene rubber with a content of a-methylstyrene 22-25 wt%, high-molecular polyisobutylene P-200, sulfur, N,Nʹ-dithiodimorpholine, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide, zinc oxide, stearic acid, hepsol COD, N-isopropyl-Nʹ-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine, acetonanil H, carbon black N 220, carbon black P 514 , finely ground shungite mineral powder, rosin, dark factis, N-nitrosodiphenylamine, industrial oil I-12A and trans-polynorbornene.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the dynamic and elastic strength characteristics of rubber, its resistance to the action of sea water.
