FIELD: medical microbiology; laboratory diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in molecular genetic intraspecific typing of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains circulating in objects in different territories in order to differentiate them. The method of molecular genetic typing using INDEL markers includes isolation of DNA from the studied strain, PCR with specific primers, and registration of the reaction after electrophoresis. DNA amplification of the studied strain is carried out with a set of 11 primers for INDEL markers of Klebsiella pneumoniae, which have two alternative alleles, namely: with primers for the MsyB gene, for the AraC gene, for the TraD gene, for the pol-deac gene, for the Galactose gene, for the gene OmpC, to gene 8455, to gene 23015, to gene 23215, to gene 12905 and to gene 13875. Accounting for the results of amplification is carried out using electrophoresis in 10% polyacrylamide gel, followed by detection of the size of each INDEL locus. According to the obtained allele sizes, a dendrogram is built using the UPGMA algorithm, according to which Klebsiella pneumoniae strains are typed, determining the common or different origin of the studied strains and possible ways of their distribution.

EFFECT: implementation of the method allows to reliably and quickly carry out the typing of strains.
